Klubaro Contacts are people associated with a member who receive messages intended for that member. This feature is particularly useful for members who are minors or in certain family situations.
Contact usefulness
- For members under 18: Parents or guardians can be added as contacts.
- For blended families: Allows multiple responsible adults to participate in communication.
- For better communication: Make sure everyone involved receives important information.
How to add a contact
- Access the member file.
- In the Member Edit window, locate the “Contact Info” section.
- Click on the “+” button next to “Contact info”.
- A new “Add contact info” window will open.
In this window, you can enter :
- Type of contact (e.g. parent, guardian)
- Contact name and surname
- Phone number
- E-mail address
Don’t forget to check the “Receive club communications, including payment reminders” box if you want this contact to receive all communications.
Contact management
- Modification: You can change an existing contact’s information by clicking on their name in the member file.
- Delete: To delete a contact, use the delete icon next to the contact name.
