What are the different pricing plans?
We currently offer two options for our Essential plan : Monthly for €49/month including VAT and Yearly for €39/month including VAT (i.e. €468/year, a saving of 20%). Both plans include all essential features with no membership limits. See our pricing page for more details.
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs ?
No, at Klubaro we believe in total transparency. The price you pay includes all taxes and gives you access to all the features of the plan you’ve chosen, with no limit on the number of members. No unpleasant surprises, only advantages for your club !

Commitment and Cancellation
If I subscribe to Klubaro, do I have to commit to a minimum time period ?
No, there is no minimum commitment for the length of the monthly plan. With the annual plan, the commitment is for one year, but in return, you will benefit from a 20% discount on the plan.
What if I want to stop the use of Klubaro ?
We hope that you will come to love Klubaro, but if you want to quit, the process is very simple. If you have a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the end of the current month. For the annual plan, you have the option to turn off automatic renewal.
