1. Locate the ‘Follow-up’ box at the top left of the dashboard.
2. This section gives you quick information on :
   • General statement of contributions
   • The insurance situation
   • An update on your Cashbox

This overview enables you to immediately identify the points that need your attention.

Detailed tracking in the list of members

For individual support, consult the list of members.

• The ‘Insurance’ column is colour-coded : green for up-to-date insurance, red to indicate a problem.
• The ‘Subscription’ column works in the same way : green for an up-to-date subscription, red for late or non-payment.
• The ‘Balance’ column gives you information about the overall financial situation of each member.

These visual indicators allow you to quickly identify situations requiring action.

Real-time verification

Klubaro includes an instant verification function :

• When a member scans their card on arrival, staff immediately see their status on the screen.
