Taking attendance is an essential part of running your club, and Klubaro makes it simple and efficient. Here’s how it works.
Go to the attendance page
You have two options for accessing the attendance page. The first is to click on the activity directly from your dashboard or calendar. Alternatively, you can go to the ‘Practice’ menu, select ‘Calendar’ and then choose the specific event for which you want to record attendance.
Recording attendance
Once you are on the activity page, Klubaro offers you two practical ways of recording attendance :
Manual validation
For a traditional approach, you can simply swipe the name of each member present. This method is particularly useful for small groups or when you prefer visual control of each participant.
Scanning QR codes
For faster, more modern attendance recording, Klubaro lets you scan the unique QR codes on your membership cards. Here’s how it works :
- Activate scan mode by clicking on the dedicated button in the interface.
- Use the camera on your smartphone or tablet to scan the QR code on each member’s membership card as they arrive.
- Klubaro will automatically register the member’s presence as soon as their QR code is recognised.
Not only is this method faster, it also reduces the risk of error and allows real-time monitoring of arrivals.
