Klubaro offers great flexibility when it comes to targeting your communications. Here’s how to send a message to a specific group of members :

1. Go to the ‘New communication’ page.
2. In the ‘Recipients’ field, use the filtering options to select your target group.

Filter options

Filter by activity

• Select a specific activity from the drop-down menu.
• This allows you to contact only members registered for that particular course or activity.

Filter by activity status

• Use the ‘Active’ option to target only members who are currently active in your club.

Manual filtering

Whichever filter option you choose, you can refine your selection manually :

1. A list of members matching your criteria is displayed.
2. You can individually uncheck members you do not wish to include in this communication.

This method allows you to create very precise communication groups, tailored to your specific needs.

Finalise your communication

Once you have selected your target group :

1. Write your message in the space provided.
2. Add a clear object to your communication.
3. Attach files if necessary.
4. Send your message by clicking on the send button.

By using these filtering options, you can create targeted and relevant communications, increasing the effectiveness and engagement of your members.

Don’t forget that targeted communications are generally more appreciated and effective than generic messages sent to the whole club.
