Klubaro revolutionises the process of adding new members with its innovative online registration system. This feature greatly simplifies the registration process and saves you valuable time.
To start, go to the ‘Members’ section of your dashboard and click on the ‘+’ button in the bottom right-hand corner. You will then have the choice of registering online or manually.
Online registration
Online registration offers three simplified registration methods :
Registration QR code : Instantly generate a unique QR code for your club. Future members can scan it with their smartphone to access the registration form. It’s ideal for quick sign-ups at events or on your premises.
Personalised registration poster : Print a stylish poster containing your club’s QR code and information. Its professional, attractive design is perfect for displaying in your facilities. It facilitates spontaneous registrations and gives your club a modern image.
Shareable registration link : Get a personalised link for your club that you can share easily via email, social networks or your website. It allows future members to sign up at any time, from anywhere.
The advantages of online registration
Autonomous registration process : future members fill in the online form themselves, reducing data entry errors and freeing you from the time normally spent on manual data entry.
Simplified validation : New registrations appear in a waiting list on your dashboard. You can validate or reject each registration with a single click, giving you total control over the membership process.
Automatic integration : Once validated, new members are automatically added to your Klubaro database. Their profiles are immediately created with all the necessary information.
Manual registration
Although online registration is our recommended method for its simplicity and efficiency, Klubaro also offers a manual registration option. Available via the same ‘+’ button in the ‘Members’ section, it allows you to add a new member’s details directly. This option is useful for specific situations requiring manual intervention.
