Klubaro gives you quick and easy access to your members’ profiles. Here’s how to view a member’s details and update their profile in just a few clicks.
Access the list of members
- Log in to your Klubaro space.
- In the left-hand menu, click on ‘Members’.
- A submenu appears, select ‘List’.
You are now on the main members page. This view shows you a complete table of all your members, with their key details.
View a member’s profile
To view a member’s full profile :
- Simply click on the member’s name in the list of members.
This action will take you directly to the member’s detailed file, where you can view all the information, such as address, date of birth, contacts, etc.
Modify a member’s profile
To update a member’s details, you have two options :
- From the list of members :
- Look for the three dots in the ‘Actions’ column to the right of the member’s name.
- Click on these points to open a drop-down menu.
- Select ‘Edit’ to go directly to profile editing mode.
- From the member file :
- First, click on the member’s name to access their details.
- Look for the yellow icon with a pencil at the bottom right of the screen.
- Click on this icon to switch to edit mode.
Once in edit mode :
- Modify the necessary information in the appropriate fields.
- Don’t forget to save your changes when you’re finished !
Tips and advice
- Use the search bar at the top of the members list to quickly find a specific member.
- The icons next to each member in the list allow you to perform quick actions such as sending an e-mail or making a call.
- Regularly update your members profiles to keep your database accurate and up to date.
