1. Access the list of members from the main menu.
2. Locate the member you wish to contact.

Next to the name of each member, you will find two communication icons :

1. E-mail icon (envelope) :
   • Click on this icon to send an e-mail using Klubaro’s integrated communication system.
   • This will open a new window where you can write and send your message directly from the platform.
2. Phone icon :
   • Click on this icon to access the phone call options.

Advice :

• Use the e-mail option for communications that require written follow-up or to send detailed information.
• The telephone option is ideal for urgent communications or discussions that require a direct exchange.

By using these features, you can maintain personal and effective communication with each of your members, strengthening the bonds within your club.
