The Klubaro Sign-up Poster is a tool integrated into your account that facilitates the process of signing up new members to your club. It comes in the form of a printable PDF document containing a unique QR code linked to your club, as well as your club’s contact details.
Poster access
To access your registration form :
- Log in to your Klubaro account
- Go to the “Settings” section
- Look for the “Print online registration form” option
- Click on the corresponding icon to download the PDF for printing
Please note that the poster is not customizable. It is automatically generated with your club’s information.
Poster contents
The poster includes :
- Your club name
- Your club address
- Contact details (email and phone number)
- A unique QR code for online registration
- A simple instruction for users : “Scan here to register online”.
How it works
When a potential member scans the QR code on the poster with their smartphone, they are automatically redirected to Klubaro’s online registration form for your club. This form is designed to collect essential information from new members.
Setting up
To use the registration poster effectively :
- Print in A4 format for optimum legibility
- Post it in visible areas of your club (reception, locker rooms, bulletin boards).
- If possible, make sure these areas have a good Wi-Fi connection to facilitate on-site registration.
Registration processing
After a new member has used the QR code to register :
- The request appears in your Klubaro dashboard under “New registrations” or “Waiting list”.
- Examine the information provided
- Accept or reject the request using the corresponding buttons
Troubleshooting
If users have difficulty scanning the QR code :
- Check that the poster is correctly printed and that the QR code is clearly visible.
- Make sure that the Internet connection in the area where the poster is displayed is stable.
- You can provide the direct registration link as an alternative to the QR code.
