What’s the difference between the Essential monthly plan and the Essential annual plan?

The Essential annual plan saves you 20% over the monthly plan. You pay only €39/month instead of €49/month, a saving of €120 per year! It’s the ideal option for clubs that want to optimize their budget while benefiting from all the essential features of Klubaro.

Are there any hidden fees or additional costs ?

Absolutely not! At Klubaro we believe in total transparency. The posted price includes all taxes and gives you access to all the features of the chosen plan, with no limit on the number of members. No surprises, only benefits for your club !

Can I try Klubaro before committing to become a member?

Of course you can ! We’re offering a free 30-day trial with no obligation and no credit card required. It’s the perfect opportunity to discover how Klubaro can revolutionize the management of your sports club, risk-free.

What happens at the end of the trial period ?

At the end of the 30-day trial period, you have a choice: if Klubaro has convinced you (and we’re sure it has!), you can easily upgrade to the paid plan of your choice. If you decide not to continue, your account will simply be deactivated, with no cost or obligation on your part.

Is there a limit to the number of members I can manage with Klubaro ?

No, there’s no limit ! Whether your club has 10 or 10,000 members, the price remains the same. That’s one of the great advantages of Klubaro: you can grow your club without worrying about the extra costs of managing your members.

When will the Premium Plan be available and what else will it include ?

The Premium Plan is coming soon and will include advanced features such as online booking for classes and events, as well as online payments for membership, insurance and events. If you are interested in these features, please contact us to be the first to know when it’s launched !

Is it possible to change plans afterwards ?

Absolutely ! We understand that your club’s needs may change. You can easily switch from the Monthly Plan to the Annual Plan to take advantage of the 20% savings, or upgrade to the Premium Plan when it becomes available without losing any of your data.
